By making a booking with us you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions (which constitute the entire agreement between you and us) and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation.

Hotel & service information

Hotel category. - The category of the hotels offered at Soleato.com is the official one stated by the hoteliers. They are for information only and they do not guarantee a match between the client’s personal perception for the quality of service and the officially certified hotel category. Hotel standards can vary between hotels of the same category. The information on this site is published correctly and udated regularly. However due to the vast number of properties and their policy of information Soleato.com does not guarantee the full completeness of the content.
Travel documents - By the arrival at the hotel the client is obliged to present at the hotel’s reception a valid identity card or passport, and a voucher for the booked accommodation and/or services.
Arrival in the hotel - Check in and checkout times in the most of the hotels are 14:00 for check in, and 12:00 for check out. Upon availability the check in can be earlier. Upon availability and extra charge it is possible to leave the hotel later than 12:00.
Children - The most of the hotels offer a discount or lower rate for the services rendered to children. However the age of the children which are entitled to benefit from them differs in every hotel (mostly up to 11,12, or 14 years old). Infants up to 2 years old by the time of the arrival in the hotel are free of charge and do not use any services.
Languages. Information about the hotels and the services is present on multiple languages on Soleato.com. However the language of communication (written and/or spoken) with our team is English or German.

Reservation & payment

Reservation- Any reservation (on request basis or regular reservations) is considered a proposal for buying accommodation and/or service, subject of the reservation. No binding obligations between the potential client and Soleato.com exists before Soleato.com has received the full payment due, and subsequently has confirmed the reservation with a reference number by e-mail.
Payment- Every reservation with a “confirmed” status should be fully or partially paid by deposit within 24 hours from its confirmation. If paid partially - the rest of the amount should be paid within the number of days specified in the reservation itself. If the accommodation date is less than 7 days after the reservation date, the reservation should be fully paid upon its generation. If the client fails to pay within 24 hours from confirmation, the reservation is considered cancelled.
Last minute- Reservations shall not be accepted in less than 24 hours prior to the time of accommodation.
Client information- The client is responsible to fill on all reservation details correctly and truly.
Client minimum age- By making a reservation(on request basis or regular reservation) the client declares that he/she has a minimum age of 18 years
Payment methods- Payment shall be made through the website of Soleato.com with credit or debit card, or by bank transfer. After payment is confirmed the client receives per e-mail his/her accommodation voucher.

Currency - All rates stated in Soleato.com are in euro and are final for the client.

Changes & cancellations

Unpaid reservations- Changes or cancellation of reservation which is not fully paid or partially paid by deposit can be made by the client at any time without penalty.
Paid reservations- Changes or cancellation of a fully paid or partially paid reservations are subject of the cancellation policy of the respective hotel announced in the reservation confirmation sent to the client by Soleato.com.
Alternatives- Soleato.com reserves it’s right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the case of an official refusal on part of the hotel or the service provider to render the booked accommodation and/or service. In this case Soleato.com shall be obliged to offer an alternative accommodation in a hotel of the same or higher category with no extra payment. If the user refuses to accept this alternative, Soleato.com shall refund to the user the full amount paid for the cancelled reservation within 7 days.

Complaints

In case of discrepancies between the booked and the received services the client must put in writing, clearly, explicitly, and in points all deficiencies and promptly present them to the hotelier (service provider), and sent them per e-mail to Soleato.com. Soleato.com. team and the hotelier (service provider) will take immediate action to resolve complaints. Complaints not stated in writing during the stay in the hotel, which were first raised after the stay of the clients in the hotel might be disregarded.

Force Majeure

Soleato.com cannot be held responsible to the client if it or any third party provider fails to carry out the booked services as a result of force majeure or acts of God. Cases of force majeure or acts of God are events like, but not limited to, floods, earthquakes, severe weather conditions, acts of war, terrorist activities, labour disputes, interruption or failure of electricity, water supply or communications systems.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all matters arising out of or relating to these Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of Republic of Bulgaria.
